Worth a Visit

Delightfully old-fashioned little Edwardian pub, very friendly and chatty, with well kept Bradfield Farmers Blonde, Rudgate Ruby Mild, Timothy Taylors Landlord and guests, some snacky food including good pork pies, tiny tiled-floor front bar with roaring fire, panelled ceiling and stained glass, corridor to small hatch-served back room, lamps and candles, pub games; soft background music; no children, dogs welcome, open all day (but maybe just for locals on busy nights due to its size)

Excellent, though cramped, town bar with great beers & atmosphere.
