Traditional little red-brick corner pub with split-level interior; a house ale brewed by Whim plus several other interesting changing beers (tasters offered), real ciders and decent range of whiskies/gins, friendly knowledgeable staff and good mix of customers, no food; juke box and some live music, quiz nights; dogs welcome, open all day Fri-Sun, from 5pm Mon, 3pm other days
