Went to the pub to review for our wedding reception. The girl serving us completely ignored us. When she served us I asked if she had a different type of glass which I could clearly see and she said NO. Then she poured my fiance Guinness so badly it was all froth and wouldn't settle so he asked for a different beer and was abruptly told to pay the difference! We won't be having our wedding reception there for 150 guests. When my fiance said she had been quite rude she said right back at ya! Such a shame as my fiance was born and grew up in Kintbury and has fond memories.
