Worth a Visit

Simple unchanging alehouse overlooking tidal creek; plenty of local customers in two welcoming old-fashioned linked rooms, built-in wall benches, kitchen chairs and plain tables on red and black tiles, open fire in one room, Aga in the other with lots of pictorial china hanging from high beam-and-plank ceiling, third more conventionally furnished red-carpeted room, a house beer from Caffle along with Hancocks, Sharps and a rotating guest such as Evan Evans; no children or dogs, seats outside making most of view, you can arrive by boat if tide is right, open all day in summer

Very welcoming good atmosphere

This pub openly supports the tearing apart of animals with a pack of hounds. Disgusting.
