Charming 17th-c coaching house on Yarmouth's market square with long frontage and several linked rooms; chesterfields by open fire in low-ceilinged panelled lounge, farmhouse-style furniture in dining areas, books on shelves, restaurant with high-backed leather chairs around mix of tables on bare boards or carpet, generous helpings of enjoyable pub food including daily fresh fish, quick cheerful service, traditionally furnished bar with real ales such as Sharps and Timothy Taylors, conservatory; background music; children and dogs welcome, picnic-sets and lots of hanging baskets in large courtyard garden, seven bedrooms, handy for harbour and ferry, open (and some food) all day.
