Charming unspoilt stone cottage with unchanging traditional rooms (known locally as the Gluepot ' once you're in you don't want to leave); beams, broad polished flagstones, a roaring fire in gleaming black range warming ancient settles against stripped-stone walls, Wadworths 6X and a guest tapped from the cask, enjoyable straightforward food in snug main dining room with mahogany tables and oak corner cupboards, another little dining area with old oak tables and church pews on more flagstones; no credit cards, outside loos are cold but in character; children welcome.
