Tucked up a narrow lane near town centre; enjoyable food from sandwiches and baguettes up, also very good adjacent Thai restaurant (evenings Tues-Sat), well kept Marstons-related ales such as Ringwood, cheerful prompt service, modern décor with stripped pine, bare boards, flagstones and pastel colours; background music, darts; attractive partly covered front terrace, well placed for hill walks, open (and food) all day Sat, closed Sun-Fri lunchtimes.
