Beehive

The good pub guide review

Tiny beamed country tavern (the smallest in Nottinghamshire, and until the 1970s the smallest in the country) in nice spot, unpretentious and welcoming, with cosy front bar and slightly bigger side room, traditional furnishings and open fire, a couple of well kept changing ales, no food; children and dogs welcome, tables on small front terrace and grassy bank running down to stream, play area, closed until 7pm weekdays, closes 3.30pm Sun busy weekends and bank holidays.
