Longs Arms

The good pub guide review

Handsome old stone pub, with good seasonal food from convivial landlord-chef, three West Country ales (perhaps from Exmoor, Gritchie or Palmers), several wines by the glass, good range of gins and farm cider; clean and tidy décor in open-plan rooms with nice mix of furniture on flagstones, wood-strip or carpeted floors, woodburner, friendly efficient staff; background music; children and dogs (in bar areas) welcome, pretty walled back garden with raised beds and greenhouse, open all day Fri-Sun.
