Keepers Arms

The good pub guide review

Community local in pretty Cotswold village; cosy and comfortable, with stripped stone, low beams and log fires, friendly helpful landlord and staff, good fairly priced food in bar and restaurant from changing menu including daily specials and steak night, three well kept beers, such as Butcombe, Otter and St Austell, a dozen wines by the glass and interesting range of gins; quiz first Thurs of month; dogs welcome (their border collies are Denzil and Doris), picnic-sets out in front, four bedrooms, closed Mon and lunchtime Tues, food available Fri-Sun.
