Stubbing Wharf

The good pub guide review

Friendly pub in good spot sandwiched between the Rochdale Canal and River Calder; popular good value food from sandwiches and light meals up, at least four regional ales such as Black Sheep, Saltaire and Timothy Taylors kept well, proper ciders, cheerful hard-working young staff; Thurs quiz; well behaved children and dogs welcome, adjacent moorings, open (and food) all day.
