Attractive Georgian pub in good spot on Ham Common; unashamedly old-fashioned inside with very traditional décor, two open fires and a woodburner, well kept ales such as Adnams Broadside, Fullers London Pride and Youngs Bitter plus guests, decent pubby food including daily specials, friendly staff and good chatty atmosphere; children and dogs welcome, disabled facilities, picnic-sets out at front and in back courtyard, handy for Ham House (NT), open all day.
