Licensee Introduction

Saved from developers and lovingly refreshed, re-imagined and re-launched in February 2020. The Station is a free-of-tie, family-friendly village pub that's serious about it's beer, serious about it's fresh food and obsessed with great service. With an extensive wine list, four changing real ales, craft beers, local gins and some popular favourites, we do the simple things well, hate complication and value every guest. We have a circa 100 cover open plan bar and dining area and a south-facing garden area for a further 70+ that's just perfect for relaxing and passing the time. Look out for our daily changing food specials, seasonal menus showcasing great local produce, takeaways and event/theme nights such as gin weekends, Bastille Day, Fish weekends and more. We also have the best Sunday roast that your Mother never made served alongside our full menu on a Sunday. Our Food

We serve uncomplicated fresh food that people want to eat. Made by skilled chefs we change our food with the seasons and welcome donations of produce from the local area. Simple things done well are beautiful things done well and that's why you'll see fish and chips, pies and burgers on our menus alongside daily specials showcasing great cookery. We pride ourselves on our inclusivity and find it easy to cater for vegetarians/vegans, as well as ensuring the majority of our menu is either gluten free or can be offered gluten free. We love our Sunday roasts, served big and bold and encourage the children to eat well too.
