Fife Arms

The good pub guide review

Large stunningly restored Victorian hotel packed with sumptuous furnishings, modern artwork and many quirky features; welcoming bare-boards bar with lots of pictures and taxidermy including a flying stag suspended over the counter, a couple of local beers such as Cairngorm and over 180 malt whiskies, well liked/priced food from short but varied men, plenty of other areas (all worth seeing) including separate evening restaurant and cocktail bar, good service from uniformed staff; gardens overlooking River Clune, 46 individually themed bedrooms, children and dogs welcome, open (and food) all day.
